At SheepFeet Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
